To ensure we can continue to provide the highest level of service and availability for all our guests, Craft Salon requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of booking. All applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to this card.
